RESIDENCE IN COMDOMINIUM / SP

​

Project for residence with four bedrooms, large rooms, office, TV room, swimming pool, sauna, barbecue grill and dependencies for employees. A large volume stands out ahead and organizes, along with the parking slab, a striking volumetric composition in the local landscape. The project uses strategically defined transparencies and a large hall that organizes the rooms around itself. A half-floor system was adopted to deploy the house on the uphill terrain.
