This is an academic project / essay whose purpose is to research, through Architecture, urban solutions, resulting in a Set of Residential Buildings, with floor level occupation, with commerce, leisure areas, equipment such as small bookstores, cafes and others uses in housing support in public areas. Besides these other specific equipment for the condominium is foreseen. The visual permeability to the core of the block (private space) from the sidewalks is a fundamental fact in the construction of the architectural party, within the discussion proposed by this work. The role of the building in the composition of the landscape and in the creation of a place with identity for the neighborhood is discussed. A series of area studies were carried out aiming at meeting the simulated conditions for a supposed housing market for middle class users, youngsters, families, etc. This “customer type” was established based on observations and information obtained in the area itself. In order to give away a peripheral strip of land for public use, as well as its treatment with uses oriented to the interest of the neighborhood, the idea is to seek tax incentives or, if granted, an increase in the area built on the site, represented by the areas. trade and support areas. Part of the research carried out for the master dissertation, DISCUSSION ABOUT THE URBAN ROLE OF BUILDINGS: STUDIES AND PROPOSALS FOR RENEWAL AREAS conceived and defended by architect José Augusto Aly (FAUUSP - 2000).
